Evelyn Bennett

I work with young adults and adults who are navigating trauma, relationship challenges, women's issues, and sexual health concerns. My trauma-informed, compassion-focused approach creates a safe space where you can explore what you're experiencing without judgment. I draw from several therapeutic frameworks—including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Person-Centered therapy, Interpersonal therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)—tailoring my work to what feels right for you. I'm also trained in sex therapy, which allows me to address intimacy and sexuality with openness and expertise. Whether you're working through past wounds, strengthening a relationship, or reclaiming your sense of self, I'm here to support your healing. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and am currently accepting new clients.
